Sovereign Investment Fund "Apă Hrană Energie"

We intend to create a sovereign investment fund fully managed by the voting members—individuals who have complete control over the fund’s management decisions and investment placements.

The mission of the members is to ensure that the country we cherish remains intact, and that companies with national capital or of strategic national interest remain under the control of the Romanian people.

Join Us

Let’s join forces to acquire companies of national interest, such as E.ON!

The Hungarian state-owned company MVM has offered €200 million for E.ON.

Romania has approximately 18.9 million citizens, with an estimated 9.7 million Romanians living abroad.

If 10 million of us invest €20 each, or if 1 million of us invest €200 each, we can ensure that E.ON—the national gas company—remains in our hands.

What is an Investment Fund?

An investment fund is a pool of capital contributed by investors. Fund managers use these resources to invest in stocks, bonds, and securities—or, in our case, to acquire companies selected by the majority of 'Apă Hrană Energie' members through an equal and fair voting process.

Each proposed investment will undergo a thorough analysis, comprehensive review, and rigorous verification by all members before a final approval decision is made through voting.
